I'm Valerie Thomas, and in 2020, I answered a call I didn’t fully understand—but one I couldn’t ignore. Lavail & Co. was born out of a deep need to create stylish, confidence-boosting clothing for all women, regardless of size. Truthfully, I started with no blueprint, just a fire in my soul and a purpose tugging at my heart.

Over the years, I’ve learned that every woman—no matter her shape, size, or story—wants to feel beautiful in what she wears. Some shop with price in mind, others with passion, but all of us are looking for pieces that reflect who we are inside and out. The hardest part? Ensuring that the same beauty, quality, and love shows up for my plus-size sisters as it does for those in smaller sizes. That’s a promise I hold close.

Now in 2025, I boldly bring God to the forefront of this business, because I’ve come to know it is He who gives me the power to get wealth—not through striving, but through serving. This boutique isn’t just about clothes—it’s a ministry of self-worth, light, and love.
